Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that your schedule can change, and you may need to cancel your appointment with us. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours or do not attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you for the session.

Refund Policy:

We strive to provide high-quality career counselling services to our clients. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of your session, and we will work with you to address your concerns.

Refunds may be available in some circumstances, which will be determined at our discretion. If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to purchase our services. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused sessions, if any.
